What is Raw, Pure & Natural Honey?


Honey is considered Raw, Pure & Natural if it hasn’t been diluted with any other liquid, heated at a higher temperature than 50degrees and if Passes its standard Sucrose and Moisture percentage test of Sucrose levels between 0%-8% and Moisture leveles between 14%-18%.




Does BuzyBee Process their Honey?


No! BuzyBee Pure Honey is in no way processed: Since Honey is only seasonal and crystallizes to be in their purest nature, we do not heat our Honey at all, so to keep all natural properties intact.




Where does BuzyBee source their Honey?


BuzyBee wanting to only provide the best to Honey Lovers and also support the Local Bee Farmers; we scout for Local Farmers who are practicing hygenic organic Bee farming and offer them training and other materials to help them in their quality practices or improve. Then we buy off their harvest and make available to our Customers.




Does BuzyBee Pure Honey Crystalize or Granulate?


Crystalization or Honey Granulation is a natural process and all types of Raw Natural Honey crystalize. It is rather a sign of purity. All Honey does not take the same time to crystalize though. Granulation is a natural characteristic of pure honey, which does not harm it or indicate any deterioration of the honey. It is also easily reversed, without harming the honey. Bring a pan of water to a boil, turn off the heat, allow water to warm and place the container of Honey into the warm water. Leave until both have cooled and pour the required portion.
One thing you may try to prevent granulation is this. If you are buying in large containers that granulate before you are done with them, pour a manageable amount into a smaller “table server” for your table. Store the remainder in the large container in your freezer. Freezer temperatures are too low for glucose molecules to migrate and form crystals. As the table server empties, remove the large container from the freezer long enough for it to warm so you can refill the smaller container. Replace the large container in the freezer. Note: before you pour more Honey into your table server be certain that no crystals remain there to act as ‘seed’ for the new honey to granulate around, a condition which will speed up granulation. What if I have known Honey brands that never Crystalize?


Very well asked; There are most types of Honeys depending on the nectar source that take very long time or must go through a tougher means to crystalize. In the same way, we will bring to your notice that; Pure Natural Honey in its right levels of Sucrose and Moisture is surely subject to granulate. It is the wide spread scare and false rumor that crystallized Honey is bad or adulterated that causes some other Honey packaging brands take the Raw Natural Honey through processes to break down molecules that might initiate granulation, but they all become Processed Honey and no more Raw Honey. Others who can't go through the right means or boiling at the right temperature use all means to curb granulation like diluting with Rice Syrum, Sugar solution, or in some cases raw water. You must also know that; Honey that is adulterated will never even Crystalize. But 100% Pure Natural Honey on the other hand would and can. What are some Physical checks to be sure its actually Crystallization?


There are few ways we can share to identify as below:

  1. Honey Crystallization always starts from bottom of container.
  2. There is a sharp seperation between uncrystallized Honey on top & the crystallized at the bottum of container.
  3. You can pick a pinch on crystallized or granulated Honey from your container and rub inbetween your thumb and index finger, you should get the Honey crystals melt up completely in a short while. NB: Note that raw sugar wouldnt have melted inbetween the fingers.
  4. If you already know and understand the nature of Honey granulation you can buy directly from the shelve even if it shows early or late signs of granulation. But if you don't, make sure to pick an unbroken seal bottle of our Honey that has no trace of crystallization buy turning over. NB: In this case you will be sure the crystallization begun from home.

Delivery & Shipments

How long does it take an item to be sent for delivery?


Usually, when orders are received, it takes just a day to process the order and sent out for delivery the next day. Delivery time depends on the dispatch rider and also the destination of the items. If by any means an order would have to delay from our end; we will surely notify you via your member contact details.




Can I track the delivery process of my order?


With domestic deliveries, tracking is currently not available, but we can share the dispatch personnels contact details with you if requested.




What if I want to send my dispatch rider or pick up myself?


This is very much supported and saves us all some time and hustle. All you have to do is select the "Pick Up myself" from the delivery options on the checkout page and have at hand or give below details to your dispatch rider & we will let you have it. Details for Self Pick Up

What should I do if my order delays than specified time?


As soon as payment is received, your order should be sent within the next 2 working days and a tracking code/details sent to you if applicable. If the package is late due to a problem with the dispatch company, we will only take responsibility if its our dispatch contracted service but if its yours, it would be out of our hands. But we will give full cooperation to see that you receive your package in the quickest possible time. In any other case or if necessary; contact us on honey@buzybeegh.com or call: 056 057 5005




What if my order gets to me damaged or faulty?


That would be very unfortunate and we do apologise, kindly report via Email to honey@buzybeegh.com or Call/WhatsApp: 056 057 5005. If it is a fault of ours and needs to be exchanged costs will be fully covered by BuzyBee Pure Honey Gh. You can also send images or damage to the contacts.




Does BuzyBee Pure Honey Gh Ship to International Countries?


Yes; we do ship to international countries but shipping cost varies depending on destination and choice of courier service. If you wish to ave your order shipped to you, kindly select the Outside Ghana option and we will contact you as soon as we receive the order. Kindly note that; its quite expensive shipping liquids over seas.





Returns & Refund

Can I return an Item for an exchange or refund?


If your product gets to you faulty, you will be refunded and the item would have to be sent back to us, but if you prefer an exchange item will be delivered to you on our expense. If there is no problem with your product, but you would just like to exchange it for another product the delivery cost both ways is for yours to cover. We will however only refund faulty products. If you think there is a problem with your product, you can send it back to us at BuzyBee Pure Honey Gh, 2nd College Street, Awayaso, Holy Hills - Pokuase. If there is indeed something wrong we will refund your courier cost and the cost of the faulty product or exchange the faulty product with the same or another product of the same value and the courier cost back to you at our expense.




How many days until i can't ask for a refund or return?


We allow 3days of the week for returns and exchange of any product you buy. But for refunds of items you find faulty or wrongly purchased, we allow just 2days. And at all instances delivery or shipping cost is yours to cover. Kindly read more on our Return Policy page.
