Return Policy
Items purchased on buzybeegh.com may be returned within 3 days of the original purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
For domestic orders, we offer Dispatch Deliveries on all orders at a fee ranging from GHc 15 - GHc 30.
For expedited deliveries, there is a flat GHc 40 fee. Any purchase made after 12 p.m. GMT on a business day with "Overnight" shipping will be processed and sent the next day.
For orders outside of Ghana, shipping fee is calculated by shipping company rates and applied.
Free Delivery Policy
Our Free Delivery comes with some Terms and Conditions explained below;

Domestic orders from GHc 80 to GHc 150 receive is a discount of GHc 15 to cover full delivery or part of the delivery cost determined by means of delivery (Dispatch Bike, Uber Package or Bolt Package)

Domestic orders from GHc 200 to GHc 350 receive is a discount of GHc 20 to cover full delivery or part of the delivery cost determined by means of delivery (Dispatch Bike, Uber Package or Bolt Package).

All orders above GHc 350 receive a discount of GHc 25 to cover full delivery or part of the delivery cost determined by means of delivery (Dispatch Bike, Uber Package or Bolt Package).
